Return & Exchange Conditions
1. Timeframe: You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items marked "No returns or exchanges" are final sale.
2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Damages: Damaged or stained items may qualify for a partial refund (up to 50%).
4. Shipping:
- You pay return postage.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We aren’t responsible for lost, damaged, or missing return packages. Contact the carrier for claims.
5. Exceptions: Customized products (e.g., custom-sized items) aren’t eligible for returns.
Return Process
1. Email trence@thbrandside.com to request a return address.
2. Pack the item securely and keep the tracking number.
3. Send the return and upload the tracking info to the email above.
4. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the item.

- Do you offer free returns? No, return shipping is customer’s responsibility.
- Can I return in-store? No, returns must follow our online process.
- When will I get my refund? Allow 7 days after we receive the item. Check with your bank if delayed.
